This menu allows a user to manage MFI / SACCO clients that have on line access allow or deny them use of on line access functionality. It can be used to add clients, delete, update, reset client passwords, deny clients online access.
To Manage online access, go to Client/Web portal/ Manage online access and a screen like one below appears:
All: Select this option and all clients will be added to the online at once.
Add new online clients: When this option is chosen,an individual clients (without online access) window shows up.
A user will be able to select clients from the grid and add them as online clients one by one.
Highlight the client from the manage online access grid.
Details: The client ID and the Names will automatically appear here
Username: The client user name automatically appears here. This user name is system generated
Email: If at registration the client had an email the system will pick it and it will be displayed here e.g. emokorelias@gmail.com.
Online access denied: Tick this option to deny the online client online access. When ticked, the column for "On line access denied" in the grid will be represented with letter "T" for True.
Reset password: Click on this button to reset the user password. The client will also be instructed by the system to change the password from the system generated one when he/she logs in on line.
Update: Click on the Update button to update the client information.
Delete: From the grid, select a client and chose this option to delete that client.
Cancel: Click this option if you want to quit this page without saving the information.
Close: Click on the close button to leave this page
Note that at on line log in these will be the details that will appear
Logging On line
Once the above clients have been allowed on line access, they will be able to view on line, their share statements, Personal ledger, Time deposit statement, loan ledger card, savers statements, their Bio data, the Organization information and make inquiries by sending and receiving messages online.
This page contains Welcome message, the Organization Logo, organisation name, its site slogan just below the organisation name or title designed by the organisation and a login tab.
Only clients whose organisation has a running license will have full access to all the menus. Otherwise they will be restricted to only the home page above and the about page below that contains the information about the organisation.
Click login and the following login screen appears:
Username: Enter your username here. This is the user name assigned by the system to the user.
Password: Enter your password

Confidentiality statement: Click on this and it will display the Confidentiality statement by the organisation e.g. "The information you have provided will be strictly confidential"
Home: Click on this to return to the home page.
Messages: Click on the messages to send messages to the organisation, read messages received and also to view the messages log. see the illustration of the sent and received messages in the images below:
This on line message will be received from the office of the organisation in this form and has a provision for a reply as seen below:
Shares: Click on the Shares the following screen appears:
Client No: The client number will automatically display here.
Product: From the drop down select the Shares product that you want to view/ display e.g. "General shares"
From Date: From the date picker select the appropriate date when the shares statement will start, e.g., "05/08/2010" and in the to date picker select the date when the shares statement will end e.g., "05/08/2016"
Report format: Select from the drop down box the sequence in which the column titles in your statement should appear. Loan Performer offers a variety of formats for you to choose from, e.g., "Format (1)" currently there is only one format for this statement.
Get report: Click on this button to display the shares statement which will appears as bellow:
Savings: Clicking this option will display three other options of statements that you can view: The savers statement, the Time deposit statement and the Personal ledger.
Select the statement that you want to view e.g. "Savers statement"
Client No: The client number will automatically display here.
Account No: Select the savings account number from the drop down that you want to view its statement.
Product: From the drop down select the savings product that you want to view/ display e.g. "Free savings"
From : From the date picker select the appropriate date when the savings statement will start, e.g., "05/08/2010" and in the to date picker select the date when the savings statement will end e.g., "05/08/2016"
Report format: Select from the drop down box the sequence in which the column titles in your report should appear. Loan Performer offers a variety of formats for you to choose from, e.g., "Format (1)" currently there is only one format.
Get report: Click on this button to display the savers statement which will appears as bellow:
Loans: Select this option and the following screen appears:
Click get report to proceed
Client No: The client number will automatically display here.
Loan No: Click the choose button to select the loan number whose ledger card you want to view e.g "KA000042".
Product: From the drop down select the savings product that you want to view/ display e.g. "Free savings"
Choose the preferred option you want the loan ledger card to display
Accumulated penalties: Click this option to include accumulated penalties due when displaying the loan ledger card.
Print against current dues: When this option is selected, Loan Performer shows how the interest has been adjusted because of early or late payments. (This is only possible for loans where the interest is recalculated and loans are on the declining balance method).
Print against original installment dues: When this option is selected, the loan ledger card will show the original installments due for a loan at disbursements against the actual repayment date and amount paid. If a repayment is made after the installment due date, the principal amount will be the same but the interest amount paid will be different because of the recalculation of interest (If Always Re-calculate Interest at Repayment if Declining Balance option is selected at System/Configuration/Loan Product Settings/General.)

Bio Data: Click on this menu to view your Bio data. This is data captured during registration and arranged in to Personal data, Address and Next of kin information as seen in the images below.The information is read only.

Password: Click on this menu option if you want to change your password on line.
About: Click this option to view the details of the organisation. This is part of the information captured under System/LPF Registration
Note that: As long as you have access to the web address even if you are not a member you can be able to view the organisation information.
